I was in self-isolation with suspected Coronavirus and let me tell you what I did...


I ate junk, complete and utter junk.


By the end of quarantine, I’d stacked up Cokes, Easter eggs, biscuits, crisps & pizzas. I was pretty much turning to comfort food as my way of rewarding myself for getting through this tough time.


I got over the virus but a serious detox was needed.


Comfort eating can feel great in the moment but we’re in this for the long-haul. Where possible, try your best to maintain a healthy diet and give your body a boost!


Of course, a little reward has to be on the cards every so often...just not 24/7.
