Now I am preparing for my final exams. The time to study is very limited (which makes additional pressure). I want to share some helpful tips that help to make my revision easier.

  1. Take short breaks. Trying to get the best possible mark, as a rule, means many hours of often unstoppable studying daily. Short breaks help to relax and improve our ability to study.

  2. If you can't concentrate, use an app for blocking your phone. Unfortunately, our phones are full of distractions. When I feel I can't concentrate, I just start planting one more tree or bush (I use the Forest app, but you can find a variety of others.) and go back to studying.

  3. Do physical exercise. To improve concentration, reduce stress and stay calm I try to devote at least 15 minutes daily to short yoga and meditation sessions. Another wonderful way to relieve tension is running.

  4. Drink more water. It's so important to stay hydrated!
